The pickup process takes about 15 minutes. This includes the time it takes to check-in at the counter and do the damage inspection (done on the spot by the renter). Note this does not include queue time.
If you have completed the online check-in you can get your keys right away from the self service keybox.
Note: Those who have the included insurance / insurance declined are required to check-in at the counter.
